Pricing Questions

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

One-time, per case. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. If you raise a second case later, you pay for that case only.

How does building my own investigation work?

Pick the modules you need above and the total updates as you go. Our case desk confirms scope, legality and coverage for your chosen locations before any payment is taken.

What if the investigation cannot be completed?

If a module cannot be lawfully verified, we tell you before charging for it. Where a case cannot proceed at all after KYC, we refund the package minus documented field costs.

Can I upgrade mid-case?

Yes. Raise a support ticket and pay only the difference. Upgrades before report finalisation do not restart your case timeline.

Are taxes included?

All listed amounts are inclusive of applicable taxes. A GST invoice is issued for every payment and is available under Payments in your dashboard.
